Do I need an appointment to shop for bridal gowns?

We do require appointments for our bridal clients. This is to ensure an individual stylist, dressing room and viewing area for your guests. When available, we will be delighted to accept walk-ins!

How long do bridal appointments last?

Bridal appointments are typically scheduled for 90 minutes.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled online or you can give us a call at the store.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.

How long will my special order wedding gown take to arrive?

Typically wedding dresses take 4-5 months to arrive once your order is placed. When you purchase your gown, the order is placed the same day. We will update you on your approximate ship date once we get the information from the designer.

Can I purchase a dress and take it home the same day?

Yes! Chrislyn's has over 1,000 bridal gowns in stock. If a bride chooses one of these dresses and pays in full she may take it home the same day.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes! Chrislyn's offers layaway on in stock and special order gowns. Ask your stylist for details or you may call the store for more information.
